Avery Burrow

Avery Burrow is a sixteen-year-old writer who hails from Western Canada and has been telling stories since before she knew how to write. A lover of all things LGBTQ and nerdy, Avery is thrilled that the first story she gets to tell in print is Wallace's. She was a runner up in the category of Dramatic Fiction in the 2014 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, as well as being a finalist in the Laura Thomas Communications 1st Annual Poetry Contest. Being a part of this anthology has taught her many things, including the fact that Americans don't like one of her favourite letters, the colourful, "u."
